Every paintball marker will break. Paintball markers require the use of either air or Co2, which require o-rings and other types of seals. These seals deteriorate and require replacement. Proper replacement of these parts should be performed by a trained technician. Our Techs have been to the Manufacturer's Tech classes and normally charge $25 for the first hour to work on paintball markers. When you buy your marker from Paintball Players Supply, you will not have to send your marker back to the factory to be repaired under warranty.
If you drop off your equipment for service and Paintball Players Supply can not repair it within one week, we will offer you a free basic rental to use at Fun on the Run Paintball Park.
If your equipment goes down while at playing at Fun on the Run Paintball Park and is still under our PPS warranty we will offer you a free basic rental to use for the rest of the day.
Please see the Paintball Players Supply Warranty Policy for more details

Have you ever been to a department store that sells paintballs and seen the paintballs on the shelves? Take a closer look next time and really, really look at the paintballs . . . some may be dimpled, odd shaped, swollen, faded, or even broken.
The mass merchandise stores buy in huge quantities for all their locations and then store them in a warehouse for an extended period of time. By the time the individual stores receive them, they more than likely are several months old, and have not be kept at the optimal storage temperature.
As paintballs age several things will happen to them; because paintballs are encapsulated in a soft gelatin material, the shell of the paintballs will eventually get softer and begin to give way to the weight of the other balls stacked on them in the containers. This will usually cause dimpling, ball breakage and odd shaped paintballs while the product is sitting on the shelves.
It is a proven and tested fact that poor quality or old paintballs will shoot poorly, break in the gun, not feed into the breach or they will stick together. Old paintballs will mean a bad day at the Paintball Park. Paintballs are costly, and it makes for a difficult game experience and a waste of money when you are shooting at a target and the balls curve, hook, drop, or explode before impact. Make your paintball dollars count, purchase fresh paintballs.
So, the next time you are in a department store, look at the paintballs and see for yourself the quality of the paint before you purchase it.
At Paintball Players Supply, both at our stores and at Fun on the Run Paintball Park, we care about the quality of the paintballs we sell. We monitor our stock to ensure the paintballs have not been in stock too long, we ensure the temperature remains constant, and we go the extra miles to ensure our paintballs are FRESH!
